Pierre Dominique Ostrowski is co-founder of Zebra Embassy and responsible for Customer Success and internal processes in the company.

He studied Economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and Technology Management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich. In previous positions, he served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the startups unu, Freeletics and Carly. In these roles, he was one of the driving forces of sustainable and profitable growth. He brings expertise in optimizing business processes to drive sustainable business growth.

Dr. Philipp Nägelein is co-founder of Zebra Embassy and responsible for finance and sales. His entrepreneurial roots go back to the family business of his grandparents and parents, who established a successful fashion company over 30 years.

Philipp studied business administration at LMU and continued his academic career at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). There he earned his PhD and was part of the management team. During his teaching at CDTM, successful startups such as Personio were founded, which further fueled his enthusiasm for entrepreneurial initiatives.

In 2017, he founded the medical data company XO Life. His experiences provided him not only with deep insights into building startups, but also with a large network in the startup and investor scene, as well as valuable insights and deep practical knowledge in the area of raising funding.

Matthias Hecht is co-founder of Zebra Embassy and the technology expert on the team.

While studying physics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Matthias founded his first company, otego GmbH, out of university, developing printed thermoelectric generators (TEGs). In the process, as co-managing director, he was also responsible for funding, among other things, which plays an essential role in deep-tech companies.

Subsequently, he worked in leading positions in software electrical engineering, including as Co-CTO at Carly, a consumer car app. With his technical expertise, he is able to understand and support customers from different (tech) industries in applying for government funding.

Stefan Höhn is co-founder of Zebra Embassy and brings legal expertise to the team and handles legal aspects of grant applications.

Stefan studied law at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on business and tax law. While still a student, he founded obloco GmbH, a company that helped large toy companies develop new target groups - the best-known project was building a distribution model of NERF Guns to adults. This company was later acquired by Metamorph GmbH.

Stefan expanded his knowledge in legal tech at startup Smartlaw and later Wolters Kluwer, using his skills to address corporate legal challenges and promote sustainable entrepreneurship.
